WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

The following return policy only applies to purchases made through www.anamilenamutis.com.
Purchases made in physical stores cannot be changed by this means and will have to be managed directly at our in-person points of sale.

Purchases made in large stores or in stores of other authorized distributors, can only be returned or exchanged directly by contacting the original seller.

If you want to make a change, return or warranty request for any of our products purchased online, you can do it in two ways:

Keep in mind that ANA MILENA MUTIS reserves the right to accept changes, returns or guarantees with prior analysis of the product. Verifying the condition of the garment in the aforementioned conditions.

Conditions to make an exchange or return:
​
It is obligatory to present your invoice or order number, informing the registered ID number.
Products that are on sale or discounted have no change.
In order for your request to be approved, it is required that the product (s) that are (are) intended to be exchanged or returned are (are) in the same conditions and characteristics in which they have been (are) received, in Consequently, the product (s) must:

RETURNS:

Money refunds only apply when exercising the right of withdrawal for purchases made through the Virtual Store (Online), and in the events and conditions provided for in Law 1480 of 2011 Article 47, provided that it is exercised during the five (5 ) business days after the product has been recieved.

In accordance with number 7 of article 47 of law 1480, personal use goods are excepted from the right of withdrawal.
In case the aforementioned requirements are met, ANA MILENA MUTIS will return the total amount you paid for the garments, this payment does not include transport costs, which must be borne by the buyer, without discounts or withholdings. The refund of the money will be made within a maximum period of (30) calendar days through deposit to the bank account or reversion to the credit card.

Keep in mind that the shipping costs to return your products and exercise your right of withdrawal, are at your expense.
PAYMENT REVERSION

The law provides that in sales made through electronic commerce mechanisms and / or online sales, when a credit, debit card or any other electronic payment method has been used to make the payment, the participants in the payment process must reverse the payments at the consumer's request when:

CHANGES

To make a change in ANA MILENA MUTIS you have a period of 30 calendar days after the purchase.

The change must be made for a product of equal or greater value (a collection of money will be made for the difference in value). If the change is made for a lower value product, the difference will not be returned in money.

All changes are subject to inventory availability. The credit note is valid for a period of twelve (12) months.
Keep in mind that the transport costs for the first change by size or color are our responsibility if it is not a promotional product. If you are going to make a second change, you must bear the transportation costs.
WARRANTY:

At ANA MILENA MUTIS we manufacture and market products with excellent quality standards, therefore they are fully guaranteed. Customers should carefully read the instructions for use and washing and the labels for use and care.
However, if the garment should have quality defects despite its proper use, during the term of the warranty, or if it arrives imperfect, we will proceed as follows:
The products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of invoicing of the product.
The response of the approval to the guarantee will be subject to the result of the technical evaluation carried out by ANA MILENA MUTIS
You must take into account that a product does not have a guarantee if:

The garment had contact with products with chemicals, detergents or bleaches that generate discoloration of the fabrics.

Damage or breakdown is the result of improper use of the product.

In case the garment admits repair, it will be repaired, if not, it will be changed. If the failure is repeated, at the consumer's choice, the change will be made. In case the same reference is not available, the client may choose one of the same species and / or similar characteristics, or request that the value of the defective garment be registered as a balance in favor (credit note) which will be applied on a next purchase.

The credit note will be valid for twelve (12) months counted from the date it is made.
ANA MILENA MUTIS reserves the right to accept the garments with prior analysis of the product. The garment must be delivered in good hygienic conditions, clean and dry.

When the damage comes from misuse of the product by the consumer, or the consumer does not attend or has followed the instructions for using the product, no guarantee will be given.

Money will only be returned when there is a guarantee in the second instance.

Transportation costs in case the guarantee is accepted are the responsibility of ANA MILENA MUTIS if your request is not approved, you must pay the shipping costs so that we can send your garment back.
HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE OR A RETURN OR WARRANTY REQUEST
